What will be her signature look a la the Jackie O glasses? Cardigans? Well cut professional dresses? And at what time will my gym start offering "Michelle Obama Arms" classes in addition to those short abdominal classes? I like to think that I would one day like to be one half of a power couple, but more like Barack and Michelle than Bill and Hillary. She reminds us that there's a reason why classic clothes never go out of style, and there's nothing wrong with dancing foolishly when you feel moved to do so. If I wrote a short love letter to Michelle it would go something like this...
Dear Michelle,
You inspire me to continue serving kids even if I'm not there with them every day, and to try to look great while doing just that. From one kale love to another, thank you for making things better in the school cafeteria. If you know anyone who can tell me what an overload of "chicken fries" and chipwiches did to my body, I'd love to meet them and find out. Keep doing what you're doing.
