In terms of health, 20 somethings have a leg-up on 75% of the world based on their age alone. They naturally have faster metabolisms and greater athletic ability paired with an inclination to attend happy hours and a pinterest account that inspires them to bake up buttery goodies for each other. Most people I know would call some kind of exercising one of their hobbies - running, yoga, zumba, eating greek yogurt. Honestly, I think we use greek yogurt as a signifier of a healthy life style as much as a gym membership card on a keyring.
I recently realized I like the Fage brand yogurt better than Chobani, and it takes a lot of restraint not to bring it up in most of my conversations with women. I would like to note that is partially because my fridges at work and home are stocked with a ton of yogurts carefully labeled with initials so that everyone can distinguish which raspberry yogurt is theirs.
A barre class? That'll run you $20. Running a half marathon? At least $65. But a greek yogurt? That's only a $1.50 to say, "I like non fat things that also have protein in them. I work out. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle yeah..."
