I'll admit it - I'm on the hunt for my future husband. It's not a serious hunt; it's more like a never-ending elimination round of The Bachelorette. Closing scene = No one get's to marry Jane! Don't worry - in three more years, the elimination round will end and instead it will be a never-ending first episode, in which I try to squeeze in as many first dates as possible.
Last night, I met my future husband. He was significantly taller than me. I know this because I was wearing wedges and he was still much taller than me. I nearly confessed my love at that very moment, but instead, waited to let him say a few words before officially declaring that he may or may not be my future husband. Turns out that he is going to be a math teacher, and is smart and funny, and he loves Philadelphia AND likes falling asleep on couches while watching tv much like I do. (Cue Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together") Also turns out that he has a girlfriend that he lives with who is in med school.
Another one bites the dust.
